General Terms and Conditions MyClubApp for Brussels
Users declare to explicitly agree to these terms and conditions when using MyClubApp. Users of the mobile app to which these terms and conditions apply, will be hereafter referred to as “the user”.
The organization, club or company agreeing to and using the license will be referred to as the “licensee”. This app is licensed, not sold, to the licensee.
The user can download this app but can only use it as a member or customer of the licensee’s organization. Without said membership it is impossible to log in to the app and use its features.
The user agrees to appropriate use of the application. Should the licensee discover any misuse or abuse of the app, they can fine the user a monetary fee as they see fit. Misuse and abuse are defined by the licensee and can differ from organization to organization on a case-by-case basis.
Club Planner and the licensee may collect your personal information as a user.
When using the mobile application, the licensee will process the user’s information in order to provide the user with the required access for the operation of the app, and for the licensee to comply with security and legal requirements in relation to operating the app and the Club Planner software. We also Process Information regarding your interactions with MyClubApp to provide you with the best user experience. The licensee and Club Planner process your preferences and settings and collect statistics that help Club Planner improve their websites, products, and services.
Nor the licensee, nor Club Planner will be held accountable for any mistakes, errors or misfortunes that transpire while the user is using MyClubApp unless the licensee is clearly at fault or acted with malicious intent.
Should the user want to suspend the use of MyClubApp, he can do so at any time by logging out of the app and uninstalling it. Should the user want to remove his or her credentials and information from the app and by consequence from all or any other Club Planner products, Club Planner cannot and will not be held accountable. This task befalls the licensee. The aforementioned is not obliged to delete the user’s credentials and data. However, they are bound to anonymize the user’s credentials and data should he or she want to do so.
Should Club Planner or the licensee want to change the terms and conditions, they can do so at any time without informing the user.
The licensee and user are liable to respect these terms and conditions.
